This other company had quoted me $1300 to excavate our basement and clear the drain. More if they had to move the furnace to get at the drain. Scott from Expert had the drain flowing freely in about 10 minutes, for $185. He also recommended the installation of an expansion tank on our new water heater, as he felt the pressure is what caused premature failure of our previous water heater. Would definitely call this company again."
