"Fine Design completed a fairly large renovation on our home, including removing a (previously) exterior load-bearing wall to combine rooms, and adding two new bathrooms. We were set at ease knowing that they thought of our project as "not that big." They were very knowledgeable and we never had to worry that things would not be done correctly. The city inspections went very smoothly with slight adjustments recommended. Tyler (the foreman) was very respectful, even taking off his work boots when walking through any part of the house not part of the project. He also acted as a teacher to other guys on the crew, and reassured us that all work was double-checked and corrected if necessary. The project took quite a bit longer than expected, with initial estimate at 10 to 12 weeks, with the final project completed at 20 weeks, however, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year holidays happened during the project, and there was an unexpected load-bearing wall to remove - requiring an engineer report and consultation. Overall, we LOVE our new space, and they helped us get it. Outside of their own workers, all of the trades and contractors they used were friendly, respectful, and did good work. I commend them for driving to use in Salt Lake City proper each day from Lehi/Provo/Orem areas, sometimes working very long days to catch up on work. Most of the time, my husband and I were not able to be at home while they were working, and I never worried that things would be taken or damaged. BEST qualities: trustworthy, knowledgeable, and friendly Considerations: Project might take longer than estimated as they handle several projects at a time, and can generally only work 2 to 3 days per week on one project."

"We hired Kyle to help us remove thinset through some main parts of our home. His sub was as able to do the work quickly. And when we weren’t 100% satisfied with cleanup and the smoothness/flatness of the concrete subfloor Kyle got the sub back out to finish the job and cleaned up himself. Really enjoyed working with him, he was easy to get a hold of. We were glad a very tedious and time consuming job was taken care of for us."
