"The tech arrived on the same day I contacted Advanced Door but, didn't have the replacement part and suggested we went with another type/brand of spring sets. I agreed to the replacement. I had to call Advanced Door to find out if and when our work was scheduled so I could adjust our time to be home. I never got a call until the tech was on the way but I was not home. That added three more days to the work. When James arrived, the work went quickly and he made additional adjustments to the door opener chain drive that made it work smooth. The price was reasonable and I'm happy. Would hire them again."

He replaced both springs and when he finished he didn't like how heavy the door felt and explained how he could keep tightening the springs but it would shorten there life. He took them off and replaced them with heavier springs that worked a lot better. I really appreciated his honesty and doing the job right. I will definitely call him again."
