"Quality work and great customer service. Easy to follow instructions for the template and pads fit perfectly. Table pads look great! Ordered extra items and love them too. All arrived quickly and were good quality; however, had some damage caused by the shipping company. Contacted Mark Ivan in customer service who immediately shipped an entire new set. Those pads were also slightly damaged. Again Mark shipped a third set. I was astonished and delighted with customer service and quality of the product.
