"Joe Installed the water heater but also helped us adjust our watersoftener. Plus Joe was a good guy and liked "old" country and western music so we both enjoyed that while I worked on another project in the garage. Mr Rooter is overpriced like most plumbers but, their bid was in the ballpark for the area and the best of those offered. The service was prompt and efficient. Appraisal came only a couple of days after my call and the installation the next day."

"The arrived quickly and spent a good amount of time working with us looking for the leak. When one wasn't found they gave us instructions and said they would follow up in a couple of days. Three days later they called and we had found the leak. The leak was not in the plumbing so they did not end up performing any repairs. They we're very professional and I will definitely use them again."
