Good quality work. But they charged me $75/hour to pick up a part they didn't have in their truck, which left a bad taste. (I had told them exactly what locks they were to install.) You're definitely paying a premium for gold-plated service.

After a couple of glitches the deadbolt was installed and everything was done, in the end, to my satisfaction.  I would use them again because they seemed to be honest in their business dealings.  They also arrived on time and performed the job as promised.   He really seemed to want to do a good job and to get it done correctly.

We just bought our first home and immediately scheduled to change the locks on the property.  I called Greag and he was able to have one of his colleagues come out the next day.  We had all the locks re-keyed on the house, a new lock installed in the outside shed and a padlock removed the former owner forgot.  They were quick, thorough, very professional and did a great job! The cost of their service was competitive and very affordable, especially since they came to the property.  We highly recommend and would definitely use their services again in the future.

I was met by the owner Greag at the counter. I found him to very knowledgable and informative. My needs were met and the visit to Superior was an A+ . I highly recommend the business for any type of lock and key situstion!

We didn't get keys for the storage unit when we got the motor home. His name is Dave. He worked steadily on it for over an hour, Impressed he was able to get any of the old doors to lock. He had to make new keys.

We scheduled Superior Locksmith to install 2 new deadbolt locks. The shop was able to schedule our appointment for the very next day, and the technician (Dave) arrived on time and got right to work. He had a good suggestion for installing the new locks. He was unruffled when I switched gears at one point (changing my mind on an installation issue). The deadbolts were installed fairly quickly. Dave re-keyed the locks, and provided us with extra keys as well.
We did have to call Superior back to ?tweak? the installation on one of the deadbolts, as the new doorframe hole (which was drilled for the bolt), was not quite deep enough. Anthony was gracious when I called about this installation matter. He came out quickly and resolved the issue with no problem.
My only suggestion/concern was that the first technician drilled both doors without placing a tarp (or any sort of covering) on the floors, and we ended up with what seemed to be a large amount of sawdust on the floors (in two areas). The technician did offer to use my vacuum/broom to clean it up, but it was easier for me to do the cleaning myself (although those fine sawdust particles are truly difficult to really vacuum up from a floor covering). Sawdust was also tracked around the two areas before the technician left. The second technician kindly made sure that the sawdust was contained and cleaned up before he left.
Overall we are very pleased with the results, and we would use this provider again in the future. Thank you Anthony and Dave!
