"When I emailed Mike with my issue, he got back to me very quickly.  He was friendly and knowledgeable on the phone and was able to easily diagnose the problem.  I knew his diagnosis was correct, as I had researched the issue and had come to the same conclusion, that the hard drive would have to be replaced.  Since I could get nothing but a black screen when trying to boot up, even in safe mode, I was very concerned that my data would not be able to be recovered, including all the QuickBooks data for our business and many family photos.  Mike was able to recover all my data, transfer it to a new hard drive and replace the power supply.  I was only without my computer for two days.  Mike delivered the computer to my home without additional charge, and set up the system, making sure everything was there and working properly.  I'm thrilled to have my computer back just the way it was before the crash, only now even faster with the new hard drive, and thrilled that Mike was able to recover ALL of my data so quickly!  I'm typing my review on it right now.  Mike was very helpful in answering any questions that I had, and always responded quickly to my phone calls and emails.  It's wonderful to experience such great customer service when almost no one seems to care about that any more.  I would absolutely use Mike's services again, and will recommend him to everyone as well.  Thank you, Mike!"

"I was having a problem with MS Office not responding and other files being very, very slow to open. Jim started looking for the cause right away. He did numerous checks for viruses, malware, and various other things that can go wrong. He vigorously pursued a resolution pretty steadily for two days before determining it was a malfunctioning external backup system that was causing the problem. With that finding, he promptly got my computer running smoothly and very fast again. He made two trips to my house; on the first one, he had to cross a sheet of ice in my driveway.
