Online website and all countless times. Not one response. Wish they would at least respond to a customer to honor their warranty but no chance here it looks like. So many better groups out there. "I recently had the unfortunate experience of hiring Elite Flooring to do tile work in three rooms of my home in April 2023. I am sharing my honest review to shed some light on my disappointing encounter with this company. To begin with, the sample in the showroom of the tile I picked out was two years old. So when the actual tile showed up, it looked completely different from what I thought I was getting. I picked out another tile that I was happy with, and once again, they were like this sample is old. Let me get a newer one. Or, oh, this grout sample is old. Let's pull out the newer ones. The demolition and installation process was complete chaos. The workers made a huge mess, leaving debris behind and not cleaning up after themselves. The tile was laid unevenly in many places. As if that wasn't enough, the grout work was done improperly, resulting in pinholes, discoloration, and powdery areas. The general manager and supposed owner, Ryan Fradella, visited with a representative from Mapei, the grout supplier, to address the issue. However, since that visit, getting any response or assistance from Elite Floors has been a struggle. We have called the office several times, and Ryan will not return our phone calls. It's been five months now, and our floors are still UNFINISHED. We have not received any communication from anyone at Elite Flooring regarding fixing the ongoing problem. I now have no choice but to pay another company to come in and fix the grout. I will have to learn to deal with the uneven tiles because having the tile completely redone for a second time will cost me a fortune. Throughout this ordeal, the lack of professionalism and poor customer service from Elite Flooring has been evident. It is disheartening to think that a company that claims to provide top-notch flooring solutions falls short in terms of quality workmanship, customer satisfaction, and honoring a contract."

"Alex and his team are the best concrete coating company in St George. He may be a bit pricey, but he out did all other coating companies we have used in the past. Our concrete was massive and he paid such attention to detail. We were out of town when the project was being done. He kept us apprised daily, with pictures, as the 2 week project was being done! We would use no one else in the future. He stands behind his work 100%!"

"We decided to hire Accent painting because they had great reviews, that was a mistake. I scheduled with Josh to start on December 9 2024, he said they would take down light fixtures, towel bars and door hinges and fix any holes smaller then a quarter. I emailed Josh on December 5th to find out what time we needed to meet the painters on 12/9/2024, no response. I called Josh 12/6/2024 and left a message, no response. Sunday 12/8/2024 i decided to text Josh, he responded 3 hours later he said it would be Tuesday or Wednesday before they could start. I told him that the painting had to be done by 12/16/24 that we have carpet being installed. Josh said they would reach out to me tomorrow (12/9/24). They called and said they would start on Tuesday. The painters arrived on Tuesday to start. They finished on Saturday, they said to put blue tape on what needed to be fixed. There was not enough blue tape to fix the issues! They did not patch any holes and did not do any of the things I was told would be done. They said they had covered the lights before they filled holes and did not see them. We scheduled for them to come back on 12/23/24 to fix holes and do touch ups. On Monday the 23rd they came to fix the issues, they did not cover our brand new carpet or flooring. I was asking why the flooring was not covered, they did not speak English. I had paint on the carpet and flooring, at this point I am so p*****. They did not know the difference between semigloss and high gloss paint. They then rolled the area's that had to be fixed. In the end this is not a professional paint job. I will not recommend them."
