QUALITY CLEANING SERVICES L.L.C.

We have been using Quality Cleaning for several years and they are, without hesitation, the best we have ever had.   Angelica is extremely professional and responsive.   They are dependable, trustworthy and we have never had a doubt allowing them access to our home when we were out of town.    They show up, go about their business, and leave.   The house is always immaculate and they rarely miss anything.   We highly recommend them.

I've been using them for years, and I've never had a problem. They're very good. I think they're outstanding and trustworthy. I'll continue to use their services in the future.

It went pretty well--they arrived with a six-person crew and cleaned my house from top to bottom. Angelica did a walk-through with me after they were done, making sure everything was cleaned to my satisfaction. The one problem, though, was that there were a number of marks on the wall that Angelica told me they just couldn't get clean. I said okay at the time, but later cleaned them easily with a Mr. Clean Magic Eraser.

Amazing! I would definitely use these ladies, they worked so hard and efficiently to clean the trailer to our high standards.

They did a very good job. They came on time and were actually a little early. There were three woman here who did the cleaning. The service was excellent! I would use them again for future house cleaning.

Windows and oven cleaning extra.

The staff lacked the same attention to detail as the owner seemed to have and the staff seemed already tired and slower than normal when they arrived at my home in the afternoon. The staff claimed to have changed the water bucket 40 times (seems excessive to me) and wanted to change me more money in the future (about 30 percent more) because of how long it took the staff to clean the floors of my home. My other housekeeper changes it 4 times and does the house in 90 minutes. Hopefully more communication with owner will fix overlooked issues. I will try them again. The owner contacted me and worked very hard to understand what needed to be corrected. She identified what the cleaning staff needed to fix to be more efficient. They now come in on time and at budget and clean my house regularly.

Cleaning was extremely thorough. Angelica, who is the owner, brings a crew of 5 women and stays with them the entire time to supervise. She is very meticulous and has higher cleaning standards than almost any homeowner would have. When finished, she does a complete inspection with the homeowner to make sure that both you and she are satisfied. Beyond that, Angelica is a delightful person, warm, friendly and knowledgeable about what to use on what surfaces. I would recommend her to anyone who wants a spotlessly clean house.
