"The contract from the salesperson was complete and comprehensive. However, I was misinformed about the crews coming to perform my remodel. There was only one crew that did the demolition and installation. There was no licensed plumber. The project manager was missing for key issues. I feel the remodel was WAY overpriced for the amount of work performed."

"Wow! Derek Holdridge with Dirty Deeds Plumbing called back after I visited HomeAdvisor site within an hour, on the job by 4pm on a weekend and completed in less than 4 hours. What a great guy! I had yet a second smaller issue with toilet that resulted from floating galvanized pipe pieces and called again Monday. He was out within 30 minutes and fixed it. He is now my go to plumber. "Home advisor doesn’t have the actual job they did available on the drop down menu, which seems silly. ARMS Plumbing repaired our sewer line under concrete and did a great job at half the price as another local mega-plumber with fancy vinyl-wrapped vans.
