Juan Jr. took the time to explain how and where they would get the electric and that we would not experience any collateral issues but if something should occur then they would resolve it. They called the day before to confirm our installation and the team arrived on time. They worked through the day and finished the job the same day as promised. They took the additional time to guarantee all testing was complete and that all of the shutters operated, plus ensured that we were completely satisfied and happy with the product and their installation. We have never experienced storm or hurricane damage in the 35 years we have lived in our home but it was time we mitigated the risk. These shutters also function as security for our home when we are away on a trip. "Not so well. As a result of closing the door without allowing enough time the varnish to dry-off , the door got white paint stains from the door frame. I think they should wait at least one hour to re install the door or leave the plastic sealing off the entry after re-installing the door in order to be able to keep the door open until be dried off . I called Nick several times to get rid of these stains. He committed to come back and solve the issue but never showed up."
