They called the day before to confirm our installation and the team arrived on time. They worked through the day and finished the job the same day as promised. They took the additional time to guarantee all testing was complete and that all of the shutters operated, plus ensured that we were completely satisfied and happy with the product and their installation. We have never experienced storm or hurricane damage in the 35 years we have lived in our home but it was time we mitigated the risk. The weather cooperated and job was complete in 4.5 hours. When Nick arrive immediately went to work, removed the door, tapped windows, placed plastic in door way. I was working in my yard and Nick and his helper worked efficiently and non-stopped. I was pleased with the outcome and I got a bid for additional work on other doors.
