Getting sick could happen to anyone, but they could have called me so that I did not have to waste the whole morning. When they came on the re-scheduled day, they were on time. The workers were friendly and polite. Overall, they did the trimming reasonably well. On one part, however, they did not cut some dead branches. When the work was "finished", I pointed out this fact. They promised to come back at the end of that day, or the day after at latest. Now, after two weeks and three phone calls and the same number of broken promises , the dead branches are still there."
