They were very professional. and the came and checked the foundation with a meter and even with the crack there was only about an 1/8 of an inch difference in the in the corners of the house. Can't say enough positive things about my experience with Window City from the initial meeting to the install. I was in need of replacing all 11 of my old metal windows in my ranch style home.
