"Mr. Williams was in contact with me the entire time about the tree trimming service and was fairly priced and they did a great job!! They left the place clean after they were done, trimming trees can be messy! I definitely will call them again."

"They were very responsive to a new customer, answering my call for service and working my job in that day (very impressive). The soffits were cleaned very well, and the brick was too except for some very hard to clean areas. The professional was very concerned about applying more pressure as he did not want to cause any damage. When I told him it was ok he cheerfully did it and removed the remaining dirt and the house looked great. I will certainly hire this business again for my exterior cleaning needs and to clean my windows...they do a wonderful job."

Holiday Decorating questions, answered by experts

Postponing holiday decorating into December pushes your project into a dangerous weather window. You face a much higher risk of working in freezing temperatures, high winds, or severe TX ice storms. Additionally, late-season leaf drops from native pecan and oak trees create severe slip hazards on your roof. Delaying also means local professionals are completely booked, leaving you without safe installation options.

Helpful?

Visible rust or bent gutter clips indicate that past holiday decorating caused structural stress. You should also look for cracked or missing roof shingles, which highlight damage from old staples or clips. Dead landscape lighting zones and broken irrigation heads reveal underground wiring or pipe punctures from yard stakes. Finally, moisture stains on your Waco home’s siding mean decorations remained up too long.

Helpful?

A major mistake during holiday decorating is installing displays right before a fast-moving Texas cold front arrives. High winds and ice easily damage improperly secured items. Homeowners also stake decorations directly into hidden irrigation lines, causing severe damage. Furthermore, walking on roofs without checking for heat-stressed shingles leads to inadvertent damage. Always review strict HOA removal deadlines to avoid community penalties.

Helpful?

Before starting any holiday decorating, new homeowners in Waco must evaluate their electrical panel capacity, as older homes cannot support large lighting loads. Next, schedule a thorough roof and gutter inspection. Summer heat severely damages shingles, and fall leaf drops quickly clog gutters, making roofline work hazardous. Finally, review your neighborhood HOA rules and install heavy-duty anchoring infrastructure for windy open lots.

Helpful?

Homeowners underestimate the transitional weather during the holiday decorating season in Waco. Sudden cold fronts and high wind gusts require strong anchoring for your outdoor displays. Additionally, older homes in the area lack the electrical capacity for extensive lighting. You must also account for mature oak and pecan trees that hold their leaves into December, as this complicates exterior lighting installation.
