"Dolores and her group are fantastic! I hired her to clean an elderly relative’s home and clean they did! From scrubbing the oven, cleaning the ceiling fans, vacuuming and mopping, cleaning the bathrooms to dusting all of the knickknacks and putting them back in their proper place. They even changed the linens! Dolores and her staff went out of their way to talk and joke around with my relative, making her comfortable with strangers in her home. Well, they are no longer strangers because when Minute Maids left, my relative called me to say how pleased she was with their service and would like for them to come back on a regular basis. "In using Home Experts I would fist say that my rating is granted as so because of the following. The flooring project was not attacked with great expertise by the owner causing the workers to come back to correct it. The company's lack of communication hindered my expectations of their final work. With that being said Home Experts also took on the job of performing interior painting of two bedrooms. The quote was for an additional living space and stairway hall area which was never consulted back with me thereafter. The owner charged me half of the quoted price which I believe was VERY STEEP for just two bedrooms with paint flaws here and there so that work I would say was just mediocre. Upon speaking with a representative at Angi list I was informed that they" interview" contracting companies based on license and bonded/insured but not so much on customer service. Just as my time and effort to hire contractors is important to me, I suggest that this should be part of Angi's criteria."

"Overall got the services taken care of. After hiring was looking forward to my service. The young lady that arrived was very young was a little conservative but I decided to see how things would turn out. I expected more in my opinion for a deep clean. Some things were missed so when she left I did let the company know they attempted to send her back to fix the issues missed but we had already left the house. Then they asked me how to fix the issue since they couldn?t send her back we ended up agreeing on her returning on another day. She came back and she did fix the issues we spoke about. If she couldn?t return they didn?t offer to take off any money. They kept professionalism but I would have preferred to not have to schedule another day for a return clean just because of the current situation (sick family member). "

"Horrible customer service and the product is only getting worse over time. I have ordered 16 shutters from them over 5 separate orders during the last two years. A recent order late last year came with parts missing and getting replacement parts was a hassle because I had to provide pictures. How do you provide pictures of missing parts? My most recent order arrived without the mounting strips and blocking strips being pre-drilled. I received the screws and screw covers but no holes for them. After multiple back and forth with "Angie" from customer service I was forwarded a poorly spelled response from their supplier stating "usually" they don't pre-drill holes. Usually? All of my other shutters over the last two years were pre-drilled. I was then told it was my fault because this order was a single panel shutter vs all my previous orders being dual shutters and I would have to pay to get replacement strips with pre-drilled holes in them. What does a single vs a dual shutter have to do with whether or not holes are drilled in hanging and blocking strips?"
