However, I was charged four hours, and I noticed that the time did not equal 4 hours after I saw Nathan take an hour's lunch, which I believe was added to the service hours. Additionally, I noticed after he left that he left the panel off of the circuit breaker, leaving it for me to re-install."

For this visit, the inaccessible plug in for my hot water heater fried itself at the outlet. Quan was my super polite technician. We discussed the several options available to fix the problem, I chose the best one for me and the work was completed quickly, efficiently and it looks great! (Usually electricians tend to tear up the drywall requiring repairs).
