+ -1 moreIt was very positive. He actually called the Ring customer service number and spoke with them and got us a brand new doorbell. We had to send the old one back. He figured that out. He came back several times because the doorbell kept randomly ringing and we were having issues with the doorbell. He just came back and just charged the one fee. He came back several times. I thought the electrician we had here was very friendly. He was very courteous and polite. He didn't make a mess. He cleaned up when he was finished. I think that he really went above and beyond what he needed to do to get our doorbell to work.
Description of Work: It was supposed to be one time, but the gentleman came out several times to try and fix the issues we had with our doorbell. I think he had to add a transformer because my doorbells were randomly ringing. I had the Ring doorbell that wasn't working properly.
