Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. "Our relationship started out as Mr. Westbrook and quickly escalated to "Wally".  This guy is so friendly, attentive and get this actually listens to your ideas.  I have dealt with other building designers in the past and they have "their" agenda and "their" designs and they want to show you just how smart they are.  Wally listens to what you want, designs it and then tells you why or why not something works or doesn't work.  The guy is great and you get your building but designed properly.  What you might think sounds like a great idea could be a future disaster.  He walks you through the minefield of building design.  His design for our school and residence was first class.  I would recommend him most highly to anyone interested in having a real professional with years of not only designs skills but also hands on building experience.  He is the perfect combination of both.
