"I am extremely pleased with the entire experience -- from the estimate all the way through the install. Dyezz has THE BEST customer service. They are quick to answer their phones and put you through to the right person. They also follow up by phone and emails. I had an awesome tech do the install (during which he made a couple of minor booboos (drill holes) but quickly patched them up on the spot so I have no complaints there whatsoever). He was very meticulous and spent a lot of time getting everything right (panels are level, etc). I was so afraid I would easily set off the alarm but before the tech leaves the house, he explains how to use it and made sure I understood everything. I love that I can control the system with an app and override the system from anywhere I may be. I now feel super safe at night. I highly recommend Dyezz.
