Texts alert were sent and the Jacob the plumber arrived as scheduled. He drained our water heater, checked the water pressure t/o the house, & did some maintenance on our garden tub, We were also interested in placing a fire pit in the yard so he gave us a bid on running the gas line and was so very informative on the process with the city permits, what size fire pit we could use and also be able to use our bar b que pit at the same time.
