They explained what work was being completed as they went along and cleaned up after themselves as they went along. A very pleasant experience from start to finish. Provider removed the existing toilet and cleaned the area after installation. The cost was more than advertised because the toilet was upgraded from a round front toilet to an elongated toilet.
