"Very well. Paul and John were right on time when they said they would be. Another company had come out 3 days before for the same problem, supposedly cleaned the sewer line and told me I would have to replace the line because it was damaged. His cleaning job lasted a whole 3 days before the line backed up again.. Paul spent a good deal of time thoroughly cleaning the sewer out and unlike the previous plumber, found the cause of the problem. A piece of chicken wire had made its way into the sewer line and eventually blocked it. So for $300.00 I was saved from having to spend a possible $3000.00 for line replacement. "This past weekend, my third floor toilet/sinks were backing up due to a lost plumbing snake. I called SmartChoice and spoke with Carlos this past Sunday. He came out Sunday night and looked at the situation. He returned Monday with Travis and tried to get the snake out but couldn't (He removed the toiled, put in a camera and tried taking it out that way). He finally returned this morning (with Travis) and finished the job. He cut into the wall into our garage and pulled it out. I really appreciated the fact that Carlos tried multiple ways to get the snake out before cutting into the wall. He did not immediately pick the most expensive option.
During all 3 visits, Carlos (and Travis) were very professional. They were on time, very detailed with their explanation on what needed to be come. I called multiple plumbers last Sunday before choosing SmartChoice. They had the best price. I HIGHLY recommend this company. I will definitely call them in the future if I have more plumbing issues.
