"It went very well. Changed out original 18 year faucet which was not simple."

"I had a clog in my main line and Ars helped me solve the issue. Same day service and it did not take too long. They left everything the way they found it. I would definitely recommend them to anyone."

"I was notified and updated on eta. Repairman (Willy) was friendly, took care not to make or leave a mess, and explained what needed to be done and how much it would cost before beginning the work. He fixed the drain quickly, and then made suggestions on other products available, but was not insistent when I declined. Overall, I'm pleased with the results."

"They came several times to clear the drain but it was totally stopped up from 31 years of sludge.  They did this to appease me and I believe they would have preferred to reroute the drain to start with and of course, they were right.  They did a good job, were pleasant and professional and I would recommend them again.

"They did an excellent job replacing my kitchen faucet. Devlan was professional and did a great job cleaning up after the job was complete."

"Trey and Josh were excellent! They were prompt and polite and explained all the steps and details to me throughout the process. They worked quickly and got the inspection scheduled the next day after completing the drain line update. We are very pleased with the service and will definitely use them in the future for any plumbing needs!

"Very well. Paul and John were right on time when they said they would be. Another company had come out 3 days before for the same problem, supposedly cleaned the sewer line and told me I would have to replace the line because it was damaged. His cleaning job lasted a whole 3 days before the line backed up again.. Paul spent a good deal of time thoroughly cleaning the sewer out and unlike the previous plumber, found the cause of the problem. A piece of chicken wire had made its way into the sewer line and eventually blocked it. So for $300.00 I was saved from having to spend a possible $3000.00 for line replacement. Thats honesty and integrity and the reason I will always call MET before anyone else for my plumbing needs.. Thanks Paul and John"

"This past weekend, my third floor toilet/sinks were backing up due to a lost plumbing snake. I called SmartChoice and spoke with Carlos this past Sunday. He came out Sunday night and looked at the situation. He returned Monday with Travis and tried to get the snake out but couldn't (He removed the toiled, put in a camera and tried taking it out that way). He finally returned this morning (with Travis) and finished the job. He cut into the wall into our garage and pulled it out. I really appreciated the fact that Carlos tried multiple ways to get the snake out before cutting into the wall. He did not immediately pick the most expensive option.
During all 3 visits, Carlos (and Travis) were very professional. They were on time, very detailed with their explanation on what needed to be come. I called multiple plumbers last Sunday before choosing SmartChoice. They had the best price. I HIGHLY recommend this company. I will definitely call them in the future if I have more plumbing issues.

"Excellent - he arrived on time, checked plumbing line at dishwasher, fixed the drain line for the dishwasher, and determined that the dishwasher was the issue.
