He also did not try to sell me on a new set of windows and worked with me in determining which windows (glass) I should replace while still staying in my budget. The installation went well. The cleaning was another story. While the house was transformed by the glass replacement and the cleaning of the 30 windows, the screens and the windowsills were not cleaned. I did not notice this until long after the job was complete. Edward, who cleaned the windows, did ask me if I was happy with the job. I told him I was happy with the work the team had done but, shame on me, I did not go outside to inspect the outside windowsill and screen cleaning that should have been done."
