"Chris ; the owner at Pro Clean took great care of me. There was a small furnace fire in the garage. He personally came out made his recommendations. We agreed on what was to be done to remove the smoke smell and he brought me the machines to do that. This was the weekend before a mid week Christmas can we keep the machines until after Christmas just to try to make sure and then we wipe down the walls with sponges made especially for getting smoke off of the walls. Praise God there was not a lot of smoke damage. The firefighters arrived within three minutes of the alarm and had the fire contained in the heater unit within two minutes of arrival. They did what they needed to do to get the smoke out of the house which have stayed close to the ceiling because it was caught so fast when the renters came in from their late evening date. Renters stayed in the unit the night 1:00 AM after the fire had happened. I washed all of the drapery they washed the windows and screens from airing out the house. We clean the walls ourselves. And Chris was kind enough to loan me some of those sponges. I would use him anytime he was very kind and I felt like you gave me the right kind of advice to do what I could myself."

"It was an excellent experience! My old Kenmore fridge (probably from the 90s) quit cooling/defrosting. After looking to replace it and finding thanks to the pandemic refrigerators are on backorder for months, I called 3 appliance repair companies who didn't call me back. I found Neli and was able to set up an appointment at a time I picked.. An incredibly patient tech (Chris C.) came chat on at the appointed time. I waited about 5 mins as he was wrapping up another call. I walked me through the diagnosis using a virtual support app on my phone. He was able to help me with taking things apart, helped me use our multimeter, and diagnosed the problem. I can do this repair myself. He gave me the exact part numbers and told me what I need to do. All for $35 for an hour on a Sunday. I can't believe how great this was. I thought I had to replace my refrigerator, but for $35 + $111 in parts (I could have gone cheaper but chose OEM) my refrigerator will return to health. Their website lists the tools you will need for a diagnosis/repair, make sure you have them ready. For refrigerators, you need a screwdriver (flat & phillips), a socket set, a multimeter, and theoretically a pair of pliers but I didn't use them. Also make sure your phone is charged (lesson learned)."
