I do much more than framing, including installing windows and doors, doing trim work, roofing, and handling a wide range of home repairs. I’m comfortable operating heavy equipment like tractors, telehandlers, forklifts, and skid steers, and I’m confident with most hand and pneumatic tools on a job site. I also have practical experience in mechanics, HVAC installation, plumbing, and small electrical work, and I regularly fix things on my own vehicles and around the house. "Mark Gonzalez did a wonderful job on our daughter’s house. We called him and he came out and gave us a quote. Scheduling was an issue and we chose to wait for him to be available. We are glad we did. He did what he agreed to do and then some. An example is in order. The task was to repair sheetrock in several areas throughout the house. Those areas were enumerated and discussed. During the course of the job, he saw other areas that needed repair and fixed those too. He did not make a big deal of it. He just did it. He is also an artist. For example, we were supposed to provide the paint. He requested that he be allowed to get the paint which was great for us. He took samples and went to Sherwin Williams. When he got back with the matched paint, he was not satisfied (looked good to us). He took the paint back and had it redone. To us, it looked good the first time and perfect the second time. His rates are extremely reasonable and does a superb job. Scheduling may be an issue so we suggest to allow sufficient time for him to get to your project. You will be really glad you did."

"Not so well. As a result of closing the door without allowing enough time the varnish to dry-off , the door got white paint stains from the door frame. I think they should wait at least one hour to re install the door or leave the plastic sealing off the entry after re-installing the door in order to be able to keep the door open until be dried off . I called Nick several times to get rid of these stains. He committed to come back and solve the issue but never showed up."

Tony Lux emailed me an estimate based on the measurements. I had a little extra footage that exceeded the $499 Angie's List offer. A few days letter, the 2 man install crew arrived and promptly went to work. They finished quickly and left no mess behind. I called Tony to settle my account ($39) and he told me to be sure and check the gutters for leaks or other issues. If I found any problems, they would come back and fix as part of the initial service. I highly recommend this company and look forward to contacting them again for future reno needs."
