"I was really disappointed because I got them as a recommendation from one of my friends and they help me go from Austin to Dallas and they did not get everything on the truck. We had to leave some stuff in the garage and I’ve already made one trip back to get some stuff and I’ll have to make more to get it. I was marking everything that was going into the apartment with this blue tape and they kept asking me over and over is this apartment and I say if it has blue tape it goes to the apartment because they were packing according to how I was labeling things and they started packing the garage and I told them wait on it because they loaded some things in the truck with things that I was not planning to bring to Dallas. When we got here and started getting things unpacked we kept finding broken things and I’ve gone through many of things without getting broken. They were putting heavy boxes on top of fragile boxes. I had to get a second storage room because those Idiots couldn’t pack the first storage room and I had a huge storage room, a 10 x 20, and I crawled into it because they stuck my jogging stroller, like, half way down the storage and I had crawl over boxes to get that da*n thing. I noticed that if that had stacked efficiently we could have gotten everything into one storage room with space to maybe go in there to find something, but no.  These guys were inefficient couldn’t get a 10 x 20 pack and I had gotten rid of quite a few bulky thinks. I was pretty p*ssed and I would not use them again. I will have to file a claim for the broken items."

They were very careful and took good care packing, loading and securing furniture and boxes I had packed myself. Movers were professional and courteous. I would highly recommend them."
