My drains were completely blocked the first time I called, and they needed to snake the lines. A week later there was another blockage, but by the time they arrived it had cleared by itself. They checked the drains and added a strong acid to the clean-out pipe as an added precaution to dissolve anything that might cause another blockage. I wasn’t charged for the second service call, but I was advised that if it should clog again in the near future, they recommend sending a camera through the pipes to visualize the problem.
