The process was very smooth, the installers showed up promptly and completed the entire install within 5 hours even though it was raining heavily. However after they left the unit stopped working and I had to call them. He spent another hour unclogging the pipes and everything is working fine since then. Staff were courteous and cleaned up everything before they left."
