"I should have read the reviews before hiring this company. It seems like they have a reputation for missing appointments, not calling people back, and running off with deposits. Here is my story: My contact at the company was Ashley Allred. He is an owner of the company. Very professional guy, but I think more a coward since he cannot tell you a job cannot be done. I hired them to remove trees off my property in Richmond. They left three stumps and one tree. It took several calls to get Ashley to go out and take a look. He promised they would return. No one showed up. He was good about answering his phone and returning texts until now. When you call the office, they just tell you "he is in the field." As of this writing, I had been waiting four days for a call back. Reading all the reviews, I guess I should not waste my time. Everyone else here has painted an accurate picture of this company. Just be careful before hiring this company to do any tree work."
