We are a locally owned and operated small family business. Our mission is to provide quality craftsmanship and customer service for a reasonable price. We offer chimney and fireplace cleaning and inspection services for woodburning models aswell as gas fired units. Chimney/fireplace repairs are our specialty. No matter your repair needs we can take care of it for a low reasonable price. No job is too big or small. We sell and install gas log sets. All our work is documented with photos of the repair ; before, in progress and after. We appreciate our customers and the opportunity entrusted to us. "Horrible customer service and the product is only getting worse over time. I have ordered 16 shutters from them over 5 separate orders during the last two years. A recent order late last year came with parts missing and getting replacement parts was a hassle because I had to provide pictures. How do you provide pictures of missing parts? My most recent order arrived without the mounting strips and blocking strips being pre-drilled. I received the screws and screw covers but no holes for them. After multiple back and forth with "Angie" from customer service I was forwarded a poorly spelled response from their supplier stating "usually" they don't pre-drill holes. Usually? All of my other shutters over the last two years were pre-drilled. I was then told it was my fault because this order was a single panel shutter vs all my previous orders being dual shutters and I would have to pay to get replacement strips with pre-drilled holes in them. What does a single vs a dual shutter have to do with whether or not holes are drilled in hanging and blocking strips?"
