Aladdin's Flooring America

While we were out of town our water heater broke and flooded the living room which warped the wood flooring. Aladdin's had installed the original floor a few years ago and we were very happy with the results. We immediately went to them to replace the flooring.

I am not happy with this company.  I would never ever recommend this to anybody else.  It was a horrible experience.  I still have to call people and fix things that they did wrong.  From beginning till end, it was nothing but a major hassle.  They came up the first time and they brought the wrong tile.  It took them another one month to get the tile that was supposed to put in.  The guy whom they sent out to actually do the tiling for the bathroom walls, did it in his spare time.  When he put the tile up, he put in backwards.  He worked only on the weekends or in the evenings when he had time.  It took them four months to get this bathroom remodeled.  The whole experience from beginning to end was just bad.  I don't think so they were the least expensive by any means, but they definitely weren't the best.
