Doug Conner did all the field-work; measuring, and coming back in a week to install. The price was well below any other estimates, and the screens are top quality. Our windows are no longer perfectly square, but he had the skill and experience to get it right. I gave a 4 for two reasons. First, he got tied up on another project, but did not call us to say he would be two days late to install. Second, the manufacturer failed to make one screen, and had the rest wrapped up in a way that made it impossible for Doug to count accurately. If he took apart the packaging to check, he risked them getting knocked out of square during transport. But, true to his word, he was back the next day with a rush-job to install it."
