Mr. King was great to work with as he provided me several options for water proofing (for the future) and he installed a sump pump which is what I needed as the first step. He was on time, cleaned up after the job was done (and during) and wanted to make sure we were very happy with his work. "showed them previos work shoewed them water problem in back both sides of yard.  showed cracked around windows and walls at varios rooms.they took measurements and came back with diagram and suggestions for additional work on leveling foundation.  with peirs ect.  had suggested fixing the water problem with a French drain to run from property line fence across drive and across brick patio by pool.  I agree we should fix water problem first with hope that house would settle back down when that issue is solved.  they never called back to schedual the work.  I called individual that did the estimate.  and he assured me they would call.  they did't call.  I gave the  3 1/2 weeks to call and schedual.  so I called an d cancelled project.
