They will come back next year to see if there has been any additional movement that would require repair. I offerd to pay them but they said their evaluations are free - no charge. While their bid wasn’t the lowest we received, it felt fair and, in hindsight, definitely worth it. The project manager was an excellent communicator—knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and never pressured us to accept the offer.
