"My mom lives many states away in a VERY old mobile home. Her electricity was spotty, which was making me nervous. I called Mr Sparky and they went out to troubleshoot. Before Hollis left that day, he made some adjustments simply because some of the wires had melted TO THE WALLS and he didn’t feel comfortable leaving it as it was. He went back with an apprentice several days later to rewire and take care of the rest. My mom said Hollis and his apprentice were personable and thorough. She’s so excited to have working lights and heat and I’m more happy than I can say that she’s not going to burn down in her home. I cannot begin to convey the thanks I feel for you taking care of my mom, Mr Sparky (and Hollis, specifically)."
