I called for someone to repair my GE Profile counter top ice maker. Larry Mr Appliance called and scheduled a repair man to come to my home. He was a very nice young man but I don’t believe he had ever seen much less repaired an ice maker like mine. He took off the cover and stopped the fan. That’s it. I had to show him how to take it out of cleaning mode. Anyway he said he didn’t know what was wrong with it but it stopped making the noise so he put the cover back on and left. The next day it started making the noise again so I called Mr Appliance and left a message and I also sent him an email. Haven’t heard back from him. Cost me $118.00 for absolutely nothing. Extremely unprofessional to not return my call.

"I Miss Peggy to leave a one star after one call that was a Voice mail and not even make sure I received your voice mail i felt was unfair. My track record as an appliance repair company with a 4.9 Rating shows my commitment to providing excellent service to our customers. I called you after the service was completed like i do after service calls and you didn't say you were unsatisfied with our service. If you did i would have rescheduled another technician to come out. Maybe you didn't say you were unsatisfied maybe because the noise had stop on your Ice maker. Because the noise had stopped the Technician couldn't properly determine where the noise was coming from to properly diagnose the problem.. A follow up call just to make sure I received your voice mail would have resulted in a positive reaction. When I seen your negative review I promptly called you and scheduled a second Technician to come out. I'm very professional and my 20 year of army service has taught me this. Remember before you leave a one star and try to damage the reputation of a business that feeds their families. Please make sure it is deserving"
