"My 3-1/2 year old roof installed by Lennar developed a leak.  The exact origin of the leak could not be identified.  I first contacted a different roofer that quoted almost $4000 to replace most of the side of the roof where the leak was occurring.  I then contacted Woodlands Roofing (WR) based upon their stellar review on this site.  WR quickly provided an estimate to replace only a portion of the roof for $1250, including a 2-year warranty.  I missed 2 days of work instead of only 1 because WR ran into scheduling conflicts that prevented their arrival on the first agreed date.  Other than the reschedule, the job went smoothly.  It has rained a few times since the repair was made and no leak has been detected at this time.  I recommend this roofing contractor.
