They came out next day and got the work done. There was rotted decking under the leaking roof, and they fixed that too for a reasonable added cost.

I was so excited after speaking with John and seeing the work that the gentlemen did to my roof. They finished just in time before another rain storm hit. No leaks! I would definitely recommend them and will do so to my neighbors and anyone I talk to.

Had a roof leak and another storm on the way. They were responsive and came out same day to not only identify the cause but they fixed it right then and there before the storm came in (probably saving me a lot of money on water damage). Incredibly professional and friendly and was very reasonable on price. Very knowledgeable and I never felt like I was being misled or lied to (which is very rare). Made my very stressful situation much more bearable. I could not recommend them more.

Very good and fast hurricane roof repair

They were very responsive and flexible with meeting on the job site. Became a little suspicious when crew arived with only a ladder an dno materials. This may be due to need to know what would be required. But, the team was very reponsive.

I am thankful that I found John Williams. After the most recent hurricane I noticed a leak (ceiling sheetrock) in my parents home. It was impossible to find someone that could help me or would help me. My parents have a clay-tile roof. A lot of people I called did not mess with clay tiles. Needless to say, after weeks of trying to find someone (either did not do clay-tiles, did not return my call or flat out said no because they were booked out for the next 3 months), Angi s sent me John s info. He reached out the same morning and I called him back. He came out that same day. His guys protected the roof (rain forecasted all week) and was able to find matching tiles, in which he picked up later that same day. His crew started work the next day and finished in a timely manner (the repairs) and also fixed and replaced various broken or missing tiles. They took many before and after pictures of the maintenance and major repair work along the way. I am very happy and relieved! I highly recommend John Williams. His communication is excellent, his workmanship is carried out with high standards. He was such a treasure to find. He will always be my go-to person from now on. After a week of heavy rain (over 6 inches), on Sunday morning, we discovered that the carpet was wet in about a third of our dining room. After checking in the attic, we determined that it could not be a water leak and that it had to be coming down from the roof inside the dining room wall. We posted to HomeAdvisor that we needed urgent roof repair. â Texas Quality Roofing and Constructionâ responded to the post almost immediately and in just over an hour, John Williams was on our roof assessing where the leak was coming from and the extent of repair work needed. We agreed on the scope of the work and within a few minutes we had a formal statement of work and quote for it from Texas Quality Roofing in our email. We did have another company look at our problem but they didnâ t even catch that decking was rotted out under the valleys. We called Texas Quality Roofing and accepted their quote. They arrived at 8am Monday morning. They removed shingles over roof valleys and the rotted decking under it. By 1pm, new decking and valleys were installed and hat entire section of the roof was replaced shingled. And than they went over the entire roof fixing minor issues and resealing many of the other valleys and flashings. We absolutely recommend Texas Quality Roofing!

Jordan Williams came out quickly the morning after a terrible Houston tornado. He very quickly removed a huge tree trunk that fell on my roof, and repaired all damaged parts of the roof and piping. I have already recommended him to my neighbor and he will be assisting her with her tree removal and roof repair tomorrow morning. He and his crew did a very thorough job quickly, tactfully, and with an amazing attitude.

Ii had become aware of a small water spot on my ceiling in the spare bedroom a few weeks back when suddenly during todays rainstorm, it began leaking water down the wall. Texas quality roofers (Jordan) was willing to come out on the wet and flooded roads to my house to evaluate the problem. Then they were willing to come back and fix the problem in between the bouts of rain.- to me thatâ s really going above and beyond! Other companies were asking me to wait one or two days just to come out and give me an estimate. John (Jordan) not only came out the day I needed he also fixed it all on that same day. Thank you! They were very knowledgeable about repairing roof leaks. They were thorough in checking everything that could possibly leak and fixed several different things. The redid flashing, screwed down loose sections and treated inside where the wood that was damaged underneath would not mildew.

Texas quality roofing came out and gave us a excellent price where every other company wanted a arm and a leg they came out and gave us a price not even half of what they charged us and it is been over five years and we have not had a problem. My suggestion probably the best roofing company out there. Very affordable, very professional. And very fast they came out. A monster tree out of my house repair my house. Where other companies wanted to charge me just for cutting the tree out of the house first. This is such a blessed company to people God bless keep up the good work
