"They rescheduled several times after they couldn't keep original appointment. Windows look great. They did break an antique when their ladder fell inside the house. They didn't offer to compensate or replace it."

"I contacted the provider about my half moon window that gets the intense west setting sun. Inside the house is the vaulted room that is very hot because of the sun in the later part of the day, also requiring you to wear sunglasses or risk falling in the house because of being blinded from the sun! They were very friendly over the phone and answered all my questions. They came out to measure, and within a week I had my solar screen. Its amazing how much better that room is, cooler, and non-blinding. And the screen even comes with a lifetime warranty!

"I had to install the system and call on line support for help. The instructions were vague. I had a lot of problems with installing the door and window sensors even with online help. The literature that was received also was not helpful. I need an instruction manual!"

"They replaced the ole ADT system, which depended on a landline (phone) with a wireless system. The monitors on the windows are sensitive to shock, so if a window is broken, the alarm sounds. They monitors are small and do not require drilling into the window frames. I am very satisfied with the new system."

"Jarrod and Brotherhood roofing are top notch! From the moment I spoke with Jarrod to the last payment, all interactions were amazing! He made me feel comfortable from the on set. He even put a tarp on my roof to make sure I wouldn’t have any leaks where the shingles were missing (I had another company going to door to door that looked at the roof and didn’t offer to do anything) hence why he won me over immediately.
