They did an excellent job. The owner was on site during the whole installation. He addressed things with us right away. We had a lot of windows so they did it in two stages and they were extremely professional. We would definitely use them again and would highly recommend them.

Owner, Robert Pulido, arrived at the scheduled time and was on-site the entire project.  The process was very professional, clean, and exceeded our expectations.  Not a single surprise to contend with, and every question handled quickly.

This company rose to the top as I researched extensively for someone to complete this window replacement project.  I was specifically looking for a contractor with knowledge, experience, and the confidence to perform at a high level.  Key suggestions and ideas from Robert led us to a local manufacturer with excellent product history, and superior customer service.

Our windows were customized to facilitate the views to our heavily wooded lot and pond.  We took a tour of the manufacturing plant, and made our decision.  Burris Windows in Carrollton manufactured our windows.  The product quality exceeded the competition, and the price was a good value for what we received.  Several of our 2-3 window openings were converted to single picture windows on top with sliders on bottom for ventilation, thus greatly expanding our outside views.  

As the installation day approached, Robert kept us informed at each step.  His attention to details with us far exceeded our expectations.  We have extensively remodeled our home over the past 3-4 years, and have used many different contracting services.  Red Oaks Contracting has raised the bar considerably in our minds.

If you are considering a window replacement project and are looking for a superior contracting company, the research is already done for you!  I looked at 9 local contracting companies, including the big box stores (stay away), and Robert Pulido was my choice (Red Oaks Contracting).  There is no reason to look any further.

I would "highly" recommend this company, and encourage you to call Robert Pulido for any window replacement  project in the future.  You will find him to be well educated (actually has a degree from A & M in construction science), confident, very easy to work with, no pressure whatsoever, and someone you will enjoy working with.  A "very" trustworthy man.

The windows in your home are a major component for efficiency and comfort.  You must have a quality roof, quality Heating and Air Conditioning units and quality windows.  To have quality windows, they need to be manufactured with the highest standards and they have to be installed by those who are knowledgeable and experienced in the installation process.  We got both with Red Oaks Contracting.  Robert has done extensive research into the window market and works exclusively with Burris Windows.  Our experience in dealing with Robert and Diane mirrors the other "A" reviews.  They were very thorough and answered all of our questions.  Replacing windows is a messy job.  But Robert and his crew only worked two windows at a time and kept up keeping the debris under control.  Tarps were used everywhere to cover our floors, our furniture and our outdoor plants.  He handled obtaining the city permit and arranged for the city's inspection afterwards.  Every step he and Diane took was handled with professionalism, honesty and we felt very comfortable in working with both of them.  You can tell they take pride in their work and treat your home as if it is their own.  We can easily provide the highest recommendation for using them in your own home.

We really LOVE this company.  We had our back windows replaced thru this company in November 2014.  (see our review from 11/12/14).  The work in November was superb!  We had told them we wanted to do all of our front windows in 2015, and in their usual dependable follow up, Robert called me in January.  We were all measured and windows installed by 3/20/15.  BEAUTIFUL WORK.  They show up when the say they will.  The same crew installed our front windows in March, as did my back windows last November.  Robert was on site almost the entire time.  The crew was prompt, thorough, careful of moving and covering our furniture, and moving it back AND vacuuming when they were done with each room.  As I said in my November review, we interviewed 6 window companies. We had a total of 34 windows needing replaced.  Red Oaks was by far the BEST VALUE for our money, and we are 100% delighted with the results!
They do roofs, as well!  Next time we need roof work, I will be calling Robert!

Red Oaks went great. We actually interviewed six different companies, and that's who we ended up going with. We intend to have them do the front and the other side of our house sometime early this year. They were very responsive. Some companies didn't even reach back out to us. We didn’t reach out to them right away again. They followed up with us, which was great. The people were very forthright with information. They were actually the first ones we interviewed. We learned a lot from them which we used in interviewing everybody else. We just felt like they were very transparent. We liked them personally as well. They seemed like really good people. We trust them to do not just the first job but the second job. We would recommend others to look at them as well. The quality was fantastic.

He did a good job and his specialty is windows and roofs. I was very happy with them. They were very helpful and did everything that they said they were going to do. They even did extra little things. I think that the price was very reasonable. I changed something out at the last minute that made the price a little higher. The price was for 17 windows and one of them was a custom window. I would use them again.
