SUN MASTER GLASS TINTING

I've used Sun Master's for three cars over the past 10 years.  They have great service and the tint last forever.

It went as advertised - no problems and very quickly applied

Toby was nice enough to come, showed us his samples, and give an estimate.   However the options were very limited and the proposal was a simple email without the company?s name.  When we asked the addresses of homes to drive by and see the product, we were told that the type of window determines how the window tint looks.  May be true,  pictures are posted but we like to have an
idea of what the product looks like.

Excellent experience, he even replaced another window that didnt look right to him.

Toby was able to come by my new business the day after I called him for an estimate.
He gave me a good quote and was able to have his guy do the job the next day.

Toby was very responsive and communicated well from the first phone call through the completion of the job. He promptly scheduled an appointment for an estmate which I received two days later. The technician who did the installation was courteous, professional and friendly and worked quickly and quietly. The job was complete just one week after the initial appointment. I had not had tinting on our front windows before and it has made a very positive difference - I wished I'd done it sooner, my wood floors would look better.

I got them off of Angie's List.  They did a fine job.  They were right on time.  They did exactly what they said they would do.  There weren't any excuses with the price they quoted and they didn't try to add on to anything else.  They did a good job and that was it.  Their price was fair.

They did a really good job. I would use them in the future.

Randy, the installer, came on time and did a beautiful job on the windows and tolerated me watching the whole process.  I even learned how to properly wash windows!  I will be using Sun Master again when I am ready to do the rest of my windows.

Called this company for small job. I had one broken window replaced so needed to get it re-tinted in order to match other windows tinted years ago. I paid $75 for replacement of window glass through a contractor I found on Angie's List. When Toby came out to look at it he said would be $150 just to tint that one window. I was shocked...that was twice as much as the window replacement cost. I told him I thought his pricing was ridiculous and that the glass replacement cost $75. His response was "I can't even have one of my guys cross the street for $75." He said he might be able to cut me a better deal if they got called to do another job in my neighborhood. (As a side note their business is only about 10 mins from my house). A few months later I got a voice mail from Toby saying he was doing work in my neighborhood and could tint my window for "a lot less." I did not reply. I felt he was trying to take advantage. Would never give my money to these people.

It went great and they did a terrific job. They were good. They were prompt and did what they said they were going to do. They pointed out some problems with the window that I needed to get fixed from a window repairperson. That wasn't really part of their job. I would use them again.

After reading the this company was well rated in the Angies List magazine, I called for an appt. Mr. Watson and I agreed upon a time for him to visit to give an estimate; I'm interested in doing 650+ sq. feet of windows in my house, so although this is a residential job, it isn't a small, inconsequential one. The day before the first appt., Mr. Watson called to change the time because a bigger job estimate had come up for a commercial company. I readily agreed to reschedule as I know it's important for business owners to get all the business they can in this economy. We rescheduled a time for the following week. Thirty minutes before the new appt., Mr. Watson called to tell me he was in an adjacent city (45 mins. - 1 hour from my home) and was about to measure windows for a school. He didn't think he would be long measuring, but he wasn't sure. I asked him to call me when he got to the job to give me an estimate of how much longer it would be. He did, and he didn't think he would be more than an hour late, but he couldn't promise for sure. I finally decided that my job simply was not a priority and began to wonder if scheduled installation dates would have been more of the same. Since he'd already cancelled once, I think it would have been more professional to measure the school job AFTER his appt. with me. Very disappointing and unprofessional behavior.

Sometimes you find out later that there are things your home needs that you didn't know about. We live in a 6 year old home with many large windows. All of these windows are double paned, Low-E windows. We didn't realize that these windows were not blocking the UV rays until we noticed our furniture and pictures were fading. I called Sun Master Glass Tinting after seeing it listed on Angie's List. They were prompt in returning my call, setting up an appointment for an estimate, and performing and completing the job. We are extremely pleased with our window tint and the service we received from Sun Master Glass Tinting. We highly recommend them and would not hesitate to use them again.

The process was simple. The company came out and measured all the front (east) and back facing windows and quoted me $1309 for the Solar Zone product, which has a lifetime warranty against bubbling or peeling. I chose the film that blocks 99% UV and 60% of the heat. Anything more looked like it would change the look of the windows too much for my taste. The company came out a week later and did the installation with no issues. Good work. I'd use them again.
