On the day of our foundation lift and additional pier/pylon installation, the engineering/construction team were also efficient, professional, and did a great job! We had quite a few large holes that needed to be dug, and the team returned each to a before dig state, prior to leaving. In the post procedure follow-up foundation survey conducted, our foundation leveling was positioned perfectly to prevent any future issues. "Our house was built in 2006 and over the past 10 year, several of our neighbors have had cracked driveways and foundation issues. Within the first 5 years, we'd noticed minor cracks running north/south through the house and feared there was a larger issue in the foundation. After reading reviews on several foundation repair companies, we scheduled an evaluation with G.L. Hunt because people were saying they were impressed with their service and those that had repairs done were pleased with the results. We were scheduled for an 8a to 10a time slot and Justin Brits arrived right at 8a. He asked us a lot of questions to get a good understanding of our concerns. He then mapped our floor plan measuring each room's dimensions. Marking the center of our house as zero, Justin then measured throughout and into every corner to see where the foundation may have raised or lowered over time. It was really cool to see the measurements across our floor plan and learned the SE corner of our house was an inch higher than the NW. He then walked around the outside showing us cracks and signs of settling. Justin wasn't trying to sell us anything. He was focused on giving us detailed data on the status of our foundation and letting us know if there was the potential of future issues. He went over several things homeowners can do to prevent future foundation problems. We feel much better about the state of our foundation. It was time well spent and Justin gave us the information and education we needed. Should we have any future issues, we'll definitely call Justin with G.L. Hunt Foundation Repair."

"My name is Dr. Jemima Goodwin and my fiancee is Kelly Clason. We hired Nelson Acosta of Texcon Concrete from your website (972) 837-5102) . You had him as an approved vendor of which I have screenshots. He got the first check on April 28th to completely re-do the driveway. We are now $16,000 out of pocket. The driveway is still not done. He makes all quigmire of excuses under the sun. I have contacted BBB, FTC and the Attorney General's office. We have also reported this insanity to Bedford police. I will be involving Angi's list in all mentions and possible litigation. You literally still have him on your platform as of today, 08/28/2025 at 1pm. Why would you have a good on your website and crown him as " approved"? He has all sorts of horrible reviews all over the internet. He also asks for money upfront. We trusted Angi's list and this is what we got. I need a resolve to this issue. He texted my fiance today with more excuses. Claiming he can't find the people to pour the concrete, until September 9th. This is atrocious and completely out of pocket. At this point we just want our money back. We have not been able to take out our boat nor bikes, all summer as the driveway is all dug out- our garage is on the back side of the driveway. The See attached screenshots. One of his excuses is he took off for 10 days to go to Miami to put his mom in hospice. Then he apparently hurt his back was another excuse' then the rain' then he can't find contractors- always something. Thanks."
