"The only reason why I'm not giving this company one star is because they cleaned my house fairly well. This is the only good thing out of the list of cons. - They were more than a half hour late to the first appointment. - The communication was extremely poor between the employees and the owner. - Though they cleaned everywhere else in my house well, my tub was left with staining. - They were a no-show to the second appointment. I had to reach out to the owner to let her know about our appointment. I will never do business with this company again."

"Badley, I saw them advertising on a TV show called 'great day Houston', He said there is no surprise in our company. they were anything but surprise. BUT Get ready to pay more than they told you on the phone. plus my rug is still filthy. the young man who did the job was nice and polite and was doing what the owner told him to do which was to go over it only once!! he told me, ma'am, the water still looks dirty we need to take your rug to the factory to clean it and it will cost $550.00 I ask him to go over it one more time, and he said ''I can not do that''. ''it cost more money''. I did not want to get him in trouble so I paid him what I was told and asked him to leave. I gave them a zero for their survey, and they called me to fix it but again they were telling me to pay more to clean it. I will post the picture of the rug that was taken on June- 26 2021and another pic is 6-2-2023 after they suppose to be cleaned. to see how it was before and after. my rug already looks clean before they cleaned it. I'' give them Zero stars. Word of mouth is the best advertisement."
