They didn't do as good as job as I thought they could. I asked them to do a tile and grout cleaning. They used a machine and did the tile cleaning, but they didn't get the grout. For the outcome I would say it is average. I wouldn't call it a spectacular cleaning. The price is the same as anyone else. They got there quickly.

The appointment was set for 9:15am. He showed up 15 minutes early...a great start. He proceeded to steam clean my entire house nice and slow, taking his time. I had berber carpet that wasn't cleaned for at least 7+ years. The steam cleaning made the carpet look ten times better. Most of the stains came out, but not all. The stains that weren't able to be removed were much lighter in color and harder to notice.
All in all, I highly recommend this service provider. He was very professional, very courteous and very reasonable in price. (The carpet took about 10 hours to dry with all the ceiling fans set to "high". Once dry, it looked fantastic. I'm very pleased.

I'll begin with I've NEVER written a review, especially not a bad one. I'm only writing this to offset what I can only believe were self written reviews by the company. I selected this company because they took Saturday appointments and their reviews were good. They were timely and friendly. They are not owner operated and they arrive in an unmarked van. The carpet was a concerning SOAKING wet but, did seem to dry without a mildew smell. They were unable to remove pet odor and stains from my carpet. I was told it was because "it had soaked into the pad". They came back and retreated the areas, this is not a re-cleaning it is more of a "spray". After this 2nd treatment I left a message with the owner, he did return my call and offer to send his subcontractor back out again but I decided it was time to call someone else to do the job. I was charged paid $155 for status, long hallway, and 2 1/2bedroom areas, I also tipped $20, which I felt was fair (until I realized I paid for nothing). I hired another company and the stains and odors are COMPLETELY gone! Save yourself the effort and look for another company. I used Souse and Steam and was VERY pleased!

I called about four places prior to hiring MaxKleen to do the work. I specifically looked for a carpet cleaner that could remove a couple pet stains and related odors. He showed up on time and got right to work. My wife was home when he did the cleaning and when I came home after work there was noticeable difference. It smelled great and looked clean in especially the high traffic areas. The carpet dried in about 8 hours with the fans on. I have referred MaxKleen to friends and will use them again in the future. One tip is be there to move your furniture around it will help make things go faster and you get more of your carpets cleaned.

Had a rental property that needed the carpets cleaned and tile floor scrubbed. Hired Maxkleen based on prior Angie's list reviews. They did a spectacular job. They arrived on time and stayed almost 3 hours cleaning every inch of flooring in the rental property. One of the rooms had carpet that was heavily scented from dogs the prior renter had. They cleaned the room, then came back a week later and applied an odor neutralizer that knocked out the smell. They didn't charge for coming back to treat the persistent smell, that's customer service! Will definitely use them again as needed.

We are getting ready to move out of state and needed the hallway and 2 bedrooms cleaned. The rooms and hallway had been rooms used by small toddlers with sippy cups that leaked. The floors were pretty messed up. We knew our little carpet cleaner was going to do the job. When the young man showed up he was right on time and very polite. I showed him which two rooms needed to be clean and the hallway. He went right to work and was very professional the whole time. He explained that the red "koolaide" stains were not going to come up. I told him that we figured as much. Besides the red spots the floors looked almost brand new again. He did an amazing job. He was extremely nice and even put up with my 3 year old asking him questions.

MaxKleen did what others could not. I have had a few different companies come out over the years that tried to clean the tile and grout in my kitchen and just didn't get the grout clean. I overheard someone at my job talking about how clean there carpet came out from MaxKleen. They went on to say that she had them come back the next day to clean the tile... this really peeked my interest so I had to ask the next day how they came out. When she arrived I asked and she was just as happy with the tile work. I called my daughter and asked if she had heard about them and she said no but she would look them up on Angies list. She called me back and said they had all great reviews but one. I decided to give them a try.
I made the call and asked if it could be done on Saturday and was happy to hear "no problem". They arrived on time at 10:00 a.m. greeted me with a smile and went directly to work. He cleaned my carpet first and I was shocked how clean it came out! I was getting a little excited about the tile... I was getting high hopes. When he started the tile he sprayed the cleaner down, then took a brush and scrubbed all the grout lines by hand, I have never seen that before. Then he brought his tile cleaner in and hooked it up to the hoses the carpet cleaner was hooked to and the magic began! I watched as my grout came cleaner than I have ever seen it, I couldn't have been more happy! I would recommend them to anyone, I cant imagine anyone giving them a bad review. I will never use any other company. I was so happy I gladly gave him a tip that he totally deserved. When he noticed the tip he came back and knocked on my door just to say thank you with a huge smile. Great company with great young men!

Arrived on time, did job in the evening so I did not have to leave work. Did a great job ,was right about how long it would take. cleaned up , did a very good job.

Our light colored carpet was in deplorable condition (as in couldn't have company over). It's been cleaned professionallly a few times and we've done it many times ourselves - all with rather mediocre results. I found MaxKleen on Angie's list and was impressed by the high grades and the detailed comments. Bill was very accomodating,scheduling my appointment as close to Thanksgiving as possible and yet allowing it time to dry. We had let it go too far this time and weren't expecting a miracle, but anything would be an improvement. However, a miracle is what was delivered! I was (and still am) amazed at the outcome. It looks great. My daughter and my husband are both very exacting people and not prone to compliments, but even they have nothing but high praise for the job done. I was fully expecting and willing to pay much more for an outcome like this but didn't think it possible. Thank you MaxKleen and thanks to Angie's list for helping me find them. This was was my first time to use it but now I am hooked.

The crew was friendly. They got to work immediately after they arrived. I was expecting an hour for th to do the work. They finished in about 20 min. It took just a few hours for the carpet to dry. I would recommend them to clean my carpet in the future

The service provided was better than I could have hoped. MaxKleen got dirt and grime from traffic lanes and from my 1 year old daughter that other carpet cleaners could not do. They made by carpet look brand new! They arrived on time, got right to work and completed the job very professionally. They did such a great job I asked if they could come back and do my couches and chair. We set a time up for the next day. MaxKleen arrived on time again and did a superb job on the couches and chair. I also elected to have them Scotchgarded and i'm glad I did because within a couple of days my daughter spilled juice on my couch and I simply wiped it away!

I have always used a big named company here in town but was convinced by a friend to use MaxKleen because they do an unbelievable job. I'm glad I listened because it came out 10 times better than before and he cleaned the carpets in my RV for no extra charge! Thanks MaxKleen, you have gained a lifetime customer.
