"Life Saver! Had water leaking on garage floor. I had used TDP before with good success so I called them. The leak was in a pipe in the wall that required minimal removal of a portion of the sheetrock on the garage side to visualize. The leak was fixed without incident. They came out in a few afters after the call on a Saturday night."

"We contacted Chambliss Plumbing to replace an old leaky bathroom faucet. The people we talked to were great at explaining their rates (very reasonable) and other aspects of using their services. The plumber for our job even called ahead when he finished a previous job early to see if he could come ahead to do our work. He was efficient, knowledgeable, very professional and friendly. We will definitely contact Chambliss again with our plumbing needs."

Bryco Plumbing has over 20 years experience in service and repair. We are on the direct repair program for several insurance companies including USAA and Allstate. All our plumbers have Journeyman licenses and extensive knowledge in leak detection above/below the slab. We are the local representative for Curaflo which is an epoxy pipe lining system that basically puts a pipe in your leaking pipe. Award winning.
"In 2022, I discovered my water heater was leaking. Alfred and Tobie arrived around 1:00 PM. After examining the water heater, they said the replacement would cost $2,425. They let me know that If I supplied the water heater, they could install it for approximately $700.00 - but it was obvious that I wasn’t in a position to pick up a water heater on my own. They returned with a Rheem (approx retail cost $750.00), which didn’t fit on the elevated base correctly - part of the heater now hangs over the edge. The job was completed in two and a half hours. When I calculated the costs of the job, I assigned $1,000.00 to parts and supplies, which left a $1,425.00 labor cost. For a two-and-half-hour job (which included the time spent picking up a water heater), the hourly labor cost was $570.00 for both Alfred & Tobie, or $285.00 an hour each. IMO, the costs were excessive and I felt that I was taken advantage of due to the situation. I contacted Bryco, but I never heard from them."

"Rip off artist. Yes we signed a contract but we were told by the sales guy after we pay the full lease we own the system. Well that was a lie. So after paying 25000 for the AC we are told we still owe 79%. They seem very caring and considerate so I bought or again leased a water softener as well and again told at end we will own. So we were screwed over twice. Also one maintenance guy will tell you one thing and then the supervisor will contradict them. As we had a light put in our system but black spots are all over our system. Two Maintenance said maybe mold that light needs to be moved then the supervisor Rodney to come out and say it’s perfect condition. Then he broke our mother board had to replace it. Sharing photos to show what a crappy job they did what they feel is $40000 worth."

In most states, companies that perform sewer cleaning services don’t need specific licensing, but you should always ensure you hire a licensed and certified plumber to get the work done. You can use our state licensing tool to check whether the potential sewer cleaning company holds a plumber’s certification and license. Hiring a certified sewer cleaning services guarantees that the work will be done safely, there won’t be additional damage done to your home, and the problem will be fixed.
The average cost to snake your main sewer line is around $250 for a simple snake. Most sewer line specialists charge between $45 and $200 per hour for main sewer line snaking, so the time involved plays a major role. The price you’ll pay will depend on the severity of the clog, the item causing the backup, how long it takes to remove the item, and more. A more severe issue that requires unclogging a main sewer line will cost $3,100 on average.
There are a few signs of a clog in your main sewer line that you should keep in mind.
Common signs of a sewer line clog:
Multiple fixtures in your home drain slowly
Drains in your home gurgle during or after draining
Water backs up into your sewer line cleanout
You notice foul odors in your home
The best way to confirm that your main sewer line is clogged is to hire a professional plumber to assess the situation and use a camera to inspect the inside.
In most cases, drain cleaners will not clear a clogged sewer line, and they’re likely to damage your plumbing. Sewer lines are several inches wide, meaning any material that clogs it will need to be large. Drain cleaner can work on small clogs, but it usually won’t clear a larger one in a sewer main. Drain cleaners can also easily damage and corrode your plumbing with prolonged contact, and a clog will keep the cleaner in contact with the pipes for an extended period. Hire a professional sewer cleaner instead for a safe fix.
You should not attempt to snake your sewer yourself. Accessing and snaking your sewer requires heavy-duty equipment, and while renting is possible, misusing it can damage your sewer main and leave you with very expensive repair costs, not to mention potential environmental issues and severe water damage. Accessing your sewer also exposes you to hazardous sewer gasses, and failing to seal the sewer properly after work can be very dangerous. It’s always best to hire a professional sewer cleaner near you to handle this type of work.
