$2,425
In 2022, I discovered my water heater was leaking. Alfred and Tobie arrived around 1:00 PM. After examining the water heater, they said the replacement would cost $2,425. They let me know that If I supplied the water heater, they could install it for approximately $700.00 - but it was obvious that I wasn’t in a position to pick up a water heater on my own. They returned with a Rheem (approx retail cost $750.00), which didn’t fit on the elevated base correctly - part of the heater now hangs over the edge. The job was completed in two and a half hours. When I calculated the costs of the job, I assigned $1,000.00 to parts and supplies, which left a $1,425.00 labor cost. For a two-and-half-hour job (which included the time spent picking up a water heater), the hourly labor cost was $570.00 for both Alfred & Tobie, or $285.00 an hour each. IMO, the costs were excessive and I felt that I was taken advantage of due to the situation. I contacted Bryco, but I never heard from them.

Went very well. Two man crew were knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and didn't let any grass grow under their feet. Price was competitive with some parts replaced.

Bryco was very responsive to both service visits. For the first visit, they were prompt and efficient, and reasonable in pricing in performing a static drain test. The test was followed up with a good report. Bravo! For the second visit, I had a round toilet replaced with a new elongated toilet that I purchased from Home Depot. Plus, an under-seat bidet was added to two toilets in the home. We had purchased these bidets previously. The work quality for this second visit was good. However, the $160 per hour labor rate was a little shocking to me. Because of the labor rate, I downgraded this scoring by one star. Otherwise, Bryco seems to be a pretty good company.

Bryco is great, we have them several times over the past 5 years. The same crew returns which speaks to how the company treats employees. The price is fair, the crew is friendly and they do a great job.

Outstanding service, customer oriented, prompt, and fair cost! Never again will I go to those TV advertised companies! Shawn and Tony were amazing, knew what they were doing, and didn’t try to up-sell me. Highly recommend!

Bryco has helped us out with some routine stuff, but twice with major problems, like a foundation water leak. Consistently professional, friendly, and communicative. Offered alternatives with associated advantages/disadvantages. Cost always reasonable.

I called on a Friday night after noticing that our bathroom sink had flooded our master bathroom and got their answering service. It seemed to me that I was bothering the answering service operator with my call and question. I received a call 15 minutes later from the plumber. He mentioned that the had four calls ahead of me and could offer to MAYBE be there Saturday at 3pm. “Unless you want me to be there at 2am”. I don’t think that this was a joke but more of a statement to shut me up about his availability. I was quoted a price for the service call of 310 for the first hour. Which was insane!!!!! I found a company that completed my original issue and snaked a drain for 220!

Contacted four different companies for a "ballpark" estimate of cost. Only Bryco would give me any information over the phone; the other three companies would not, without coming to my house first. I went ahead and scheduled for two of the companies to come out. I was truly shocked by how much the first company wanted (referred to me by a friend), but then the second company wanted about 40% more than the first! (I selected the second company from the Internet because they had several Excellent reviews, with one stating how much lower their prices were than another well-known company.) In the end, I selected Bryco as their price was the lowest of all the quotes. I am so glad I did!! Bryco asked all the right questions upfront to be sure they understood the job; arrived when they said they would and were very professional. But the biggest plus of all was the fact that they charged exactly what I had been told over the phone -- no add-ons!! I will definitely use Bryco again for any future plumbing needs!

I originally called them to clear my sewer line. I had initially called Roto Rooter and I was displeased with them so I called Bryco. Bryco seems to be very honest. They came out and tried to clean the line as much as they could and used a scope and found that there was a break in the line under my foundation. They figured out where exactly where the break was and advised me to check if I had insurance. They gave me an estimate and explained what they needed to do. I gave the ok and they started the work. They've been very professional and have kept me informed of the progress. They have been considerate in informing us ahead of time when there would be no water available. So far everything seems to be going alright. It is a big project, inspectors needed to be called and is estimated that it will take about 3 weeks (any day now). They've done all the trenching, installed a sewer line clean out for me at my request, which I really appreciated. So far, I am very pleased with their service.

Where our carpet meets our bathroom tile we had water coming up soaking into the carpet. I thought at first one of the movers dropped a water bottle, but it kept coming back and kept coming back and it turned out the water was coming up thru the floor. I thought maybe rolling over the floor they might have broken something. The next day I called a different company and they did come out pretty quickly and immediately started talking about we can send a camera in the pipe to see what the problem is before we start jack hammering your floor. Then they went out to the water meter to see how bad the leak was and if the needle was spinning even though the water was turned off, but they found out our water pressure was too high and suggested we put a pressure reducer on it to prevent any further pipe damage. So we were looking at quite a bill. Then, I called the insurance company the next business day and they wanted to use their provider, and that's how Bryco got sent to our house around July 18.

When Bryco arrived, the first thing he asked me, the very first, was where's the water, he looked at it and asked where is your washing machine. It was on the other side of the wall, He walks around, takes a flash light, and shows me where the hose to the washing machine was screwed onto the tap and it was leaking. Our tap was so old, that was just the last straw and it just wasn't going to be connected anymore. That's what the water was. never talked about jack hammering or cameras or busted pipes . It was the freaking washing machine. I was pretty happy with him. For $125 he replaced both, saved us a fortune. He went out and put the pressure valve on the meter at the street and saved us $300. The pressure valve was $600.

We have a double vanity and they reconnected them. Most of the cost was because plumbers cost a lot per hour. but they warranty their work for 3 years. If it ever leaks, they will come back and fix it.

I called, we made an appointment, they showed up on time. There was a little issue finding the right lengths of flexible hose to hook it up with because we were going from a pretty low counter top to a tall counter top so the fixtures didn't fit anymore.

Called for appointment for non-emergency plumbing work. Received the specific appointment date that I requested. Woody called to alert me of his arrival time and he arrived precisely as stated. This was my second job by Woody for an entirely unrelated problem. As before, he immediately identified the problem, explained it to me, gave me a choice of solutions and started the option that I chose without delay. The work involved evacuating and covering old pipes emerging from the repair of a residential main line leak under the foundation that predated my ownership of the property. He worked quickly, efficiently and professionally getting the job done in less time than I expected. He concluded with recommendations for monitoring and solving any future problems that might occur under the foundation. Woody is a real pro that I recommend and will certainly use again.
