"Nightmare experience. They stole 10's of thousands of dollars. New framers have to redo most of it. Foundation shot thru. Not at all even. Left the biggest mess ever mounds of cemented rocks and dedris. Him and his sons are scam artists. They used to be MCR Contracting. Changed to JC Contracting to hide terrible reviews and worse. He got in fight with Neighbor, cityworker . DO NOT HIRE Mark C Reyna and his sons. They bring in supplies and then proceed to do as little as possible, they don't know what they are doing. Only did foundation and partial framing and demanded 80% of cost upfront. Disrespectful, lazy, strong arm, yell and intimidate. Conned my parents in their 90's with dementia. Pitiful humans with Karma coming their way. So, so sad. It feels awful to be taken. Don't let them in your lives. And certainly don't sign their unconscionable contract."
