"We were not please at all. We were surprised at the cost over $6,900.00 (1/2 on the day the contract was signed and the balance upon completion.) We signed the contract on February 8, 2022. What was supposed to be done within 4-6 weeks extended to 3 months. The month of March, April, and May came in and no one ever called or communicated with us, unless we initiated the call(s) first. Our frustrations were: * No communication from the inspector or company when job could start. * Delayed in supplies. We understand that can happen, just keep us informed. * Called 1st week in April, 3rd week in April, supposed to start on Friday22 between 8-11, but had canceled because they had to finish previous job. We were compliant, no apology was given. Rained on Monday, started job on Tuesday. Young men started job, but had to stop due to mortar problems. They were very courteous and polite and explained the situation. They did what they could do to fix the problem, but had to inform the inspector of the situation. * Inspector came around 3:00 P.M. Gave us options. Another cost, but at this time we just wanted the job done. We were told that we had top priority as soon as the supplies were to come in the following week. A week and half had past. No further communication was noted. * Called May 9, 2022. Receptionist told us that we would be placed on the list for the following week. Another delay. We were not pleased. The inspection, who we signed the contract with told us that he could not help us because he had no control of the schedule. This was not acceptable to us as your customers. You got the money, let's finish the job. We were not happy with the service at all. On May 13, 2022, at 0945, Julius Gonzalez and his team saved your company from getting a 1 Star. They made a tremendous difference in handling this bad situation. My home looked like a disaster of an un-finished job of many months. Julian's mannerism, professionalism, and expertise in handling the job was very commendable. He was very polite and apologetic. He said that he was there for us and wanted us to be satisfied with the work that he and his team would be doing. There were no delays in the process in getting the job finish. They cleaned and vacuumed areas that dust had accumulated on the floors, fireplace, and hearth. I really appreciated their commitment to their job. Julian and his team exemplified competency, honesty, and integrity. Julian Gonzalez and his team deserves 5 Stars and a bonus! He did a job well-done. This what Customers Service is all about."

"A June-July 2020 Project. Went badly. Turns out to be a single guy projecting image of a successful business, yet not registered to work with city of San Antonio. Zero communication skills, customer relations and professionalism -- unresponsive, careless, & rebellious, money-focused, prone to personal attacks. Unprepared to deliver on sliding door installation resulting in faulty installation then refusing to accept responsibility; specialty glass installation, a disaster...was best asking him not to return. I accept responsibility for not vetting him appropriately . A learning experience on what not to do. Do have detailed documentation."

"Well the front deck that was supposed to be 8 by 8 they built it 654 and the handrail was 28in wide which is more narrow than the door and it made it impossible to move furniture in and out of the place the trim that they started to install they were putting in upside down the cabinet's when they remove the old ones they did not finish the flooring or let me know to finish the flooring underneath them and they reinstalled the cabinets the new ones so I had to go then retake up those cabinets which were plumbed in and everything permanently and remove them finished the floor and reinstall them. And not to mention his guys were drinking beer in my house while I was gone and getting drunk all day which explains the quality of their work which is poor the owner Dave Wood is a hot head and has a temper they were supposed to start on the roof and they never touched it the siding that they put on the front of my house was the wrong siding so now I have 3 sides of my house in one kind of siding and another kind in the front which looks stupid these guys are horrible and then they turned around after I fired them and tried to sue me for the rest of the money to finish the job and try to send me to collections for it not to mention he has no idea how to write a contract because he got my mother to sign it and she does not own the home I do so from illegal contracts all the way up to not even knowing what they're doing these guys suck stay away from them"
