I am owner and emplow up to 4 skilled employees depending on job size and amount of work at that specific time. I deal in subcontract labor and use general contracts with scope of work to be done ,A general time frame of completion of work, All payments will be on a draw basis scheduled and discussed with all party's involved and recorded with receipts. And final payment due upon completion and approval of all party's involved. I offer a 1 year warranty on labor only. Checks and cash only
