The owner, Mark, Arrived on time, with all necessary tools and materials. He laid down carpet covers, did an excellent job quickly, cleaned up and left with the old attic door and ladder and all waste. Additionally he installed foam board insulation to the attic side of the. door. He is very easy to work with.
